Anita grew up in South Florida where playing football in the streets became a way of life. "It was a lot easier to play football with the boys in the neighborhood, than making the boys play dolls with me. I had to play well or else they would rough me up. It sounds bad, but it made me a better football player."
In 1992 Anita received her BA in Communications, graduating Cum Laude from the University of South Florida in Tampa.
Anita aspires to pave the way for women in professional football, and use her athletic ability & marketability to bring more notoriety to the sport. (And we think her charm helps a tiny bit too.) Anita Marks.com
